We have a passion for progress.
Within our team we strive for continuous improvements. Our founder, Adam Rawson, can often be found as the model subject, training expert, or at lymphedema courses and conferences to continue to help all our team continue to learn and grow.
Specialized treatment
What does specialized treatment mean? The focus of our work is Lymphedema treatment. Our entire team spends a full week supporting others, working through problems, ordering garments, and improving the lives of those with lymphedema. Through this dedicated focus we are expert lymphedema specialists.
We are committed to maintaining a high standard of care. Every new clinician completes an average of 110 hours of specialized lymphedema training before independently treating patients, ensuring consistent, knowledgeable care across all of our locations.
Extensive experience
As of August 2026, our team brings together more than 75 years of combined experience treating lymphedema and related conditions. Since opening our doors, we have helped more than 3,000 individuals navigate lymphedema through personalized, evidence-based care.
Our clinical team includes five Certified Lymphedema Therapists (CLTs) and three Certified Wound Therapists (CWTs), bringing advanced expertise in edema management, wound care, compression therapy, and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT).
We offer advanced treatment options
We have invested in advanced options that supplement your care. We scrutinize the research and cull treatment options before bringing anything in. We want to ensure we are providing quality options to our sessions. In addition to complete decongestive therapy we offer red light therapy, neurolympahtic therapy, and kinesio taping. We also offer options where you can extend your treatment sessions beyond insurance coverage and what is “medically necessary” to add additional time spent on manual lymphatic drainage or other areas of need.
Comprehensive lymphedema care
We emphasize the “C” in CDT (complete decongestive therapy).
Our sessions average 75 minutes, and we strive to include as many components of complete decongestive therapy as possible. With longer sessions times we are able to balance spending some time on manual lymphatic drainage, education on compression garments, skin care, decongestive exercises, and compression bandaging. From session 1 we are investing in your health and helping you to learn to self-manage before you discharge from our care.
Teamwork
We have a team of specialists all focused on your lymphedema care all week long starting from the first phone call to the final farewell. We have occupational therapists, registered nurses, billing specialists, and focused administrative assistants. Everyone in our team has experienced manual lymphatic drainage and compression bandaging to help us empathize with YOU and your treatment needs.
