Occupational Therapist - Lincoln, Nebraska
No lymphedema experience required. We provide extensive paid training. On average, our OTs complete more than 100 hours of training as they prepare to treat independently.
The Lymphedema Clinic is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Lincoln team and provide specialized care to people affected by lymphedema and related conditions.
Our therapists work one-on-one with patients to help reduce swelling, improve function, increase independence, and make everyday life easier. Treatment may include complete decongestive therapy (CDT), manual lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging and garments, therapeutic exercise, self-management training, and other occupational therapy interventions based on each patient's needs.
You do not need to come to us already knowing how to treat lymphedema. We have developed an extensive training process to help occupational therapists build the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to become confident in this specialty.
